摘要
细胞因子是一类具有广泛生物学活性的激素样多肽,其在生殖过程中的作用日益受到人们的认识和关注,已成为一个崭新的研究领域。卵泡液作为卵子生长的微环境,包含了对卵母细胞生长发育有重要影响的细胞因子,如白血病抑制因子和白细胞介素-1等,它们之间形成复杂的网络体系,协同发挥生物活性功能,影响着卵母细胞的发育、成熟、受精、着床以及胚胎形成。该文综述了近几年来卵泡液细胞因子与体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠结局关系的研究状况。
Cytokines are kinds of hormone-like polypeptides with extensive biological activities. Their roles in reproduction attract more and more attention, which creats a new research field, As microenvironment of ovum development, follicle fluid includes lots of cytokines such as leukemia inhibiting factor（ LIF）, interleukin-1 （IL-1） and so on. They consist of complex net systems to co-exert bioactivities and to effect on development, maturation, fertilization of the ovum, nidation of fertilized ovum and embryogenesis. This article reviewed research status on relationship between cytokines in follicle fluid and pregnancy outcomes of IVF-ET.
