摘要
以玉米蛋白粉为原料,玉米黄色素的提取率为指标,根据玉米黄色素的性质,在单一溶剂提取实验的基础上进行了混合溶剂的提取实验研究。通过单因素实验表明,体积分数为95%乙醇的提取率最佳。在此基础上采用4因素二次旋转正交组合实验设计,建立了混合溶剂玉米黄色素的提取率Y与液料比(X1),提取时间(X2),乙醇体积分数(X3)和提取温度(X4)之间的回归模型。通过优化得到最优参数组合为:液料比为13∶1,提取时间为4h,乙醇体积分数为46%,提取温度为47℃,在此条件下的玉米黄色素最大提取率为4.17%,比单一溶剂提取得到了一定的提高。
Maize yellow pigment was extracted from corn gluten taking the rate of extraction as index, and according to the nature of the maize yellow pigment, the experiment research of the mixed solvent extraction had been made in the basic of single solvent extraction experiment. The single factor experiment shows that 95% alcohol solution got the optimum rate of extraction. Through four-factor second order rotation combination experiment, the regression model of maize yellow pigment which was extracted by mixed solvent was build between the rate of extraction (Y) and liquid to material ration (X1) , time (X2) , volrune percentage of ethanol (X3) and temperature (X4) . The results show that the optimum extraction parameters were as fol- lows: liquid to material ration 13 : 1, time 4 h, temperature 47 ℃, and volume percentage of ethanol 46%, the yield of yellow pigment is 4.17%. It has an improvement compared with the single factor way.
