摘要
研究了微波功率、装载量和微波比功率对发芽糙米干燥特性的影响。结果表明,微波干燥过程中,发芽糙米的含水率呈线性下降,微波干燥发芽糙米为匀速干燥。
The effect of microwave power, loadage and microwave power per gram on the microwave drying characteristic of germinated brown rice was studied. The results showed that the moisture content of germinated brown rice decreased linearly and the drying rate was uniform during microwave drying.
