摘要
以兽疫链球菌为出发菌种,从血琼脂平板上筛选出不具溶血性的突变菌,采用恒温、变温进行诱变处理,同时对各菌株进行发酵培养比较。结果表明,相对于原菌株,变温诱变菌株的透明质酸产量有显著提高,产量由1.99g/L提高到2.95g/L,增加率为48%。
A high productive strain of HA was obtained from streptococcus zooepidemicus was mutated by temperature in blood agar plate, then compared its hyaluronic acid production. The results showed that the yield of the strain mutated by the changed temperature mutation was higher than those of other strains: the yield of HA increased froml.99 g/L to 2.95 g/L, and 48 % higher than that of initial yield.
