Quantitative Analysis of 1,5-naphthalene Diisocyanate by Derivation-UV Spectrophotometry

摘要 采用衍生化-紫外分光光度法定量分析了1,5-萘二异氰酸酯(NDI).用NDI与甲醇衍生反应生成1,5-萘二氨基甲酸甲酯后,用紫外-可见光分光光度计和外标法建立了工作曲线。测定结果:NDI质量浓度在15.0~65.0mg/L范围内线性良好,回收率99.77%~103.24%,相对标准偏差小于0.15%。 Quantitative analysis of 1,5- naphthalene diisocyanate (NDI) was carried out by derivation-UV spectrophotometry. 1,5-naphthalene dicarbamate was derived from NDI reacting with methanol. Then UV-visible spectrophotometer and external standard were used to establish the working curve. The analytical results showed that absorbency exhibited good linearity with the NDI concentration at 15.0-65.0 rag/L, the recovery was 99.77 % - 103.24 % ,and the relative standard deviation was less than 0.15 %.
