区域环境污染造成的经济损失估算——以衡水市区为例

The Assessment on the Economic Loss Caused by Regional Environment Pollution——Take Hengshui Urban Area as an Example

根据衡水市的环境监测资料、国民经济统计资料、卫生统计资料等,借鉴与衡水市区实际情况比较符合的参数,运用环境经济学方法,分别估算了大气污染、水污染、固体废弃物污染造成的经济损失.初步估算出衡水市区1996—2005年每年的环境污染造成的经济损失,对估算结果进行了纵向变化分析、损失构成分析、损失水平与国内外比较分析.

On the basis of environment inspecting data materials, national economy static data, sanitarian static data in Hengshui urban area, referring to the relative parameters according to Hengshui practical situation, respectively evaluated the loss caused by air pollution, water pollution ,solid castoff pollution. The primarily environment pollution losses every year were assessed from 1996 to 2005. The assessment results were given longitudinal analysis,loss make-up analysis,and loss level comparative analysis with abroad data.
