齐拉西酮与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症临床对照研究

Comparative study of ziprasidone and chlorpromazine in the treatment of schizophrenia

目的探讨齐拉西酮对精神分裂症患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法50例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别给予齐拉西酮与氯丙嗪,治疗6周,用阳性与阴性症状量表和副反应量表评定疗效和不良反应。结果齐拉西酮组疗效优于氯丙嗪组(P<0.05),齐拉西酮组不良反应显著少于氯丙嗪组(P<0.05)。结论齐拉西酮是一种安全有效的抗精神病药。

Objective To detect the clinical efficacy and side effects of ziprasidone and chlorpromazine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Method Fifty schizophrenic inpatients were randomly divided into ziprasidone group or chlorpromazine group for the treatment of the treatment of 6 weeks. PANSS and TESS were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects respectively. Results There were significant difference in efficacy between two groups. Ziprasidone had fewer side effects than chlorpromazine. Conclusion Ziprasidone is a safe and effective antipcychotic drug.
