高校师德建设工作面临许多新情况新问题,加强和改进师德建设是当前高等教育一项刻不容缓的紧迫任务。本文从多方面探讨了师德建设的重要性,并就其具体措施提出了一些合理化建议。
Moral construction of the educators in universities faces many new circumstances and new problems. It is an urgency task to enforce and improve moral canstruction of educators in universities. This essay discusses the importance of moral construction of educator in universities, and puts forward some advisable suggestions for the concrete measure.
