摘要
针对水煤浆加压气化过程中灰组成特殊的高灰熔点煤种,进行了配煤实验研究,结果表明,通过配煤可有效降低煤样灰熔点,同时其成浆性能得到改善,对实现水煤浆加压气化原料多样化及煤炭资源的合理利用具有重要的现实意义.
The experimental research on blended coal is conducted in this paper according to coal species with special ash composition and high ash fusing point in coal-water slurry pressured gasification process. The experimental results show that it can effectively decrease ash fusing point and improve slurrying properties of coal samples by blended coal. It has important practical significance to realization varity of raw materials for coal-water slurry pressured gasification and reasonable utilization of coal resources.
