摘要
为提高煤中锗的回收率,对内蒙古锡林浩特含锗褐煤的燃烧条件进行了实验研究,得出了合适的低温缓慢氧化焙烧的燃烧条件:将煤样从室温逐渐升温到550℃,并在此温度下保温2h,然后再升温至625℃继续焙烧2 h.经该方法处理的煤样,煤中锗高度富集于煤灰中.进一步对煤灰进行提锗,煤中锗回收率可达80%左右.该方法对于火法提取煤中锗生产提高锗回收率有着实践性指导意义.
In order to improve the recycle rate of Ge in coal, the experiment on the burning condition of lignite of Xilinhaote had been carried out and the appropriate coal burning condition had been gained. The burning temperature is slowly increased to 550℃, keep it for 2 h, and then is increased to 625℃, also keep it for 2 h. Through this process, the Ge in coal is highly concentrated in the ash. In the following distilling Ge from ash, the Ge's recycle rate is up to 80%. The method has practical meaning to increase the recycle rate of Ge in the production of fiery-metallurgy distilling the Ge in the coal.
