摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和X荧光光谱(XRF)等研究了粉煤灰在硫酸法提铝工艺过程中的微观形貌和组成变化.结果表明,粉煤灰在经历活化-反应-浸出后,其微观形貌发生了巨大改变,并且产物硫酸铝的提取率达到85%.验证了粉煤灰进行硫酸法提铝过程的可行性,并为其进一步研究和工艺化提供了理论依据.
The variations of surface micropography and chemical composition of fly ash in extracting aluminum from it was investigated with scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction and X-ray fluorescence analysis. The experimental results indicated that the microtopography has experienced magnificent change after the process of activation-reaction-dissolution with the extraction rate of aluminum at 85%0. The study contributed to not only proving the feasibility of the method, but also providing theoretical basis for further reseach.
