摘要
通过正交实验研究了小麦秸秆经"水浸-碱煮"处理制备生物质型煤黏结剂的可能性,在此基础上,利用红外光谱仪和显微观测系统研究了生物质型煤的成型原理.结果表明,生物质型煤的最佳生产工艺为:碱液浓度2%,加热时间2 h,型煤成型压力20M Pa.采用该工艺生产的型煤,其性能指标和煤质指标满足储存运输和工业锅炉燃烧的要求.改性生物质纤维形成的立体网状结构是型煤的骨架,黏结剂在型煤内部起黏结作用.型煤成型是其各组分相互作用的结果.
The possibility of wheat straw treated with water and alkali solution used as bio-briquette binder was studied by orthogonal experimental method, then the briquetting mechanism of bio-briquette was studied by FTIR and microscopy. The optimal process parameters of bio-briquette were determined as following: alkali concentration 2%, treatment time 2 h, briquetting pressure 20 MPa. The coal quality index and the performance index of bio- briquette, which are produced by the optimal process, can completely meet the requirements of long distance transport, open storage and industrial boiler combustion. Modified biomass fibers form the tri-dimensional network structures, which act as framework of bio-briquette. Briquette bind has a bonding function inside the bio-briquette. Coal briquetting is resulted from the interaction between different components of bio-briquette.
