不同砷含量下煤中砷与硫的脱洗研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON WASHING OF ARSENIC AND SULFUR OF COALS IN DIFFERENT RANGE OF ARSENIC CONTENTS

摘要 为研究不同砷含量下煤中砷和硫的脱洗率,将砷含量分为3个等级分别讨论,即:0 mg/kg^5.50 mg/kg,5.50 mg/kg^8.00 mg/kg和8.00 mg/kg以上.研究发现,在砷含量为0 mg/kg^5.50 mg/kg之间,砷的赋存状态极为复杂,总体以有机态为主,洗选后,砷容易富集到精煤之中.全硫脱洗率和砷含量无相关性,而与有机硫占全硫的比重呈负相关;当砷含量大于5.50mg/kg时,随着砷含量的增加,砷逐渐以无机态为主,易于洗选. For studying the washing rate of arsenic and sulfur in different range of arsenic contents, the range of arsenic content in coal was divided into three parts,e, g. 0 mg/kg-5.5 mg/kg, 5.5 mg/kg-8.00 mg/kg and over 8.00 mg/kg. The result shows that arsenic mainly occurs in inorganic matter with the increasing of arsenic content and arsenic can be moved easily; arsenic occurrence is very complexity when the arsenic content lower 5. 5 mg/kg. The main occurrence of arsenic is occurs in organic matters, so arsenic will be moved into washing coals. There is not relationship between washing rate of total sulfur and arsenic contents, but the relationship betweent washing rate of total sulfur and percent of organic sulfur is very good.
