摘要
信息分类编码是制造业信息化的基础。文章分析了制造企业信息集成环境对信息分类编码的要求,构建了制造信息资源的多维组织模型和元数据组织模型。通过对影响信息编码结构的多种约束因素及其影响权重的分析,依据多种约束目标综合优化的结果,构建了面向对象的统一编码柔性结构模型,并对模型进行了描述和实例化。该模型针对不同类别的信息对象表现出不同的编码码段个数和编码码段长度,具有非常大的灵活性,最终实现了各类信息对象编码结构形式的柔性统一。通过对航空制造类企业信息资源的组织和编码,验证了编码模型的实用性,在此模型基础上构建的信息集成体系,已经初显成效。
Information encoding is the fundament of manufacturing information. This paper studied the information classification and coding for meeting the requirements of information integration, established and described the multi-matrix model of information resource based on data element. On the basis of analyzing the influence factors and its influence weight to the encoding structure model, the flexible unification code structure model is constructed which is object-oriented. Then we carried on the description of the model. In this model, different kinds of infor- mat/on are coded by different numbers and length of code segment; it is very flexible, thus realizing flexible unifica- tion of the coding structure for various kinds of information. This coding structure is verified to be practical the organization and coding through of the information resources of an aerospace manufacture enterprise. An information integration system is constructed on the basis of this model, and is put into practice.
