摘要
通过改变螺旋角研究了二包TI蜗杆传动蜗轮齿面上出现双线接触的条件,分析了存在双线接触时蜗轮齿面的组成,并将这个齿面与一包TI蜗杆传动的蜗轮齿面进行了比较。研究表明:合理选择螺旋角,一包TI蜗杆传动的齿面经过跑合可以实现双线接触,这样能进一步改善一包TI蜗杆传动的啮合性能。
The condition of doublet contact appearing on the tooth surface of double-enveloping TI worm gearing is studied by changing helix angle. On the premise of doublet contact existing, constitution of tooth surface of doubleenveloping worm wheel is analyzed, and the tooth surface is compared with that of the single-enveloping. The resuits show that the doublet contact can be realized on the tooth surface of single-enveloping TI worm gearing after run-in wear if the helix angle is selected properly. Thus the meshing performance of single-enveloping TI worm gearing can be improved greatly.
