目的为了有效预防和控制口腔科医院感染,不断加强科室医院感染管理工作。方法从医务人员、诊室环境设置、消毒设备、消毒方法和程序等方面开展具体工作。结果逐渐规范了口腔科的医院感染管理工作,卫生学监测合格。结论口腔科的医院感染管理工作应符合《消毒技术规范》《医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒技术操作规范》的要求。

Objective To improve infection control and prevention in the stomatological hospitals.Method Through staff training, redesigning clinical room, upgrading disinfection equipment, carrying out strict disinfection method and procedure.Result The infection control in the stomatological department improved and all indexes meet the requirement of hygienic inspection. Conclusion The stamatological infection control work should follow the ＂Technical Standard for Disinfection＂, and ＂Technical Standard of Disinfection of Oral Medical Instrument＂.
