本文从历代文献及生理病理探讨分析，认为“精浊”不仅仅与肾虚有关，而且尚须注意整体调治，重视肝与脾的失调在精浊发病中的意义。

The author believes that “turbid sperm”is related not only to the kidney deficiency,but also to the disturbance of the liver and spleen.Therefore,it is important,in treating turbid sperm,to give systemic regulation.The author also divides the disease into ten different types for different treatment.
