摘要
选用聚铁(PFC)、聚铝(PAC)、聚铁硅(PFCSi)、聚铝硅(PACSi)4种无机高分子絮凝剂,对实际制革废水进行了处理,以用量、pH值、温度为考察因素,以CODcr的去除率为评价指标,对不同絮凝剂的处理结果进行了分析。试验结果表明:聚铁硅和聚铝硅的絮凝效果要明显优于单纯的聚铁和聚铝;得到了不同絮凝剂处理制革废水时的最佳工艺条件,并结合生产实际提出了相关建议。
The tannery wastewater was treated by four inorganic macromolecule flocculants : PFC、PAC、PFCSi and PACSi. The treatment effects were also analyzed according to the dosage、pH、temperature and remove rate of CODcr. It shows that flocculation effects of PFCSi and PACSi are clearly superior to PFC and PAC. The optimal flocculation conditions of different flocculants were also investigated. And some useful suggestions were put forward.
