摘要
采用测定生化呼吸线、BOD5、COD和BOD5/COD等方法,研究了几种制革常用染料在制革厂活性污泥作用下的好氧生物降解特性。结果表明:活性污泥对制革常用染料有较强的吸附作用,表现为COD值会显著降低,但所研究的染料均较难发生生物降解,而它们对活性污泥微生物的活性也无明显影响。
The biodegradability of the dyes under tannery activated sludge was evaluated based on the determinations of respiration curve of the activated sludge, BOD5 , COD and BOD5/COD. The results indicate that the dyes can be adsorbed by activated sludge, leading to remarkable reduce of COD value. But all the dyes are hard biodegraded although they have no considerable inhibitory effect on microoganisms of activated sludge.
