摘要
通过对皮坯鞣前预处理工艺、鞣制工艺的优化及鞣革效果的评价,提出了纳米SiO2鞣革方法及其优化后的工艺参数。试验结果表明:鞣制前的预处理、鞣制时纳米SiO2的用量、pH值及作用时间,对鞣革效应和成革性能有较大的影响。鞣制终点的pH值控制在5~6时,鞣制时间大于10h,SiO2的含量控制在质量分数5%左右,成革收缩温度(Ts)能达到93℃。扫描电镜分析(SEM)表明:当纳米SiO2含量适中时,SiO2粒子在革纤维间分布均匀且粒径在纳米尺度内;当SiO2含量较高时,SiO2粒子在革坯表面聚集,粒径在400nm左右。纳米SiO2鞣革的成革颜色洁白,柔软丰满,粒面平细,力学性能达到无铬鞣标准。
A novel tanning method of nano - SiO2 and the optimized technical parameters were put forward based on studies involving the selection of pre - treating methods of pickled pelt and the optimization of tanning condition together with the evaluation of the leather properties. The results indicate that the tanning efficiency and leather properties are closely related to the process of pre - treating of pickled pelt, the content of nano - SiO2, the pH value of the bath and the mechanical action time. The shrinkage temperature (Ts)of resultant leather can reach 930℃ when the final pH value of the drum is 5 -6, the tanning time is more than 10 hours and the SiO2.
