Comparison of Saccharide Determination Methods in Enzymatic Unhairing Solution

比较了测定酶法脱毛液中糖含量的分析方法。其中3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定的是糖链末端还原糖(以葡萄糖计),硫酸-苯酚法测定的是总的2-羟基糖含量(以葡萄糖计),乙酰丙酮法测定的是总的2-氨基糖含量(以氨基葡萄糖计)。后2种方法综合,可以反映总糖含量,据此可以进一步探讨酶法脱毛机理。

The saccharide determination methods in enzymatic unhairing bath solution were compared. It shows that only terminal reducing saeeharides can be determinated by DNS（3,5 -dinitrosalieyelie acid） method. Total 2 -hydroxy saeeharide can be determinated by phenol - sulfuric acid method. And 2 - amino saeeharide can be determinated by aeetyl acetone method. The general saeeharide concentration could be reflected by the latter two methods together, which is helpful for the mechanism study of enzymatic unhairing.
