Discussion on regenerative mechanism of endogenous health resources in hospital

结合近年来医院发展的实践，探讨了医院内生性资源的再生机制。提出投资人力资本，努力加大增量、优化存量，持续促进资源不断增值是实现内生性卫生资源再生的基础；实施学科重组，开创新的优势学科，不断提高学科建设水平是实现内生性卫生资源再生的必由之路；增强创新意识，加大创新投入，实施以人为本的创新管理机制，努力培育创新环境是实现内生性卫生资源再生的核心。

Based on the practice of hospital development in recent years, the regenerative mechanism of endogenous health resources in hospital is discussed. The following viewpoints are put forward： investing in human capital, increasing the increment and optimizing the stock, as well as continuously improving the added value of resources are foundation to achieve the regeneration of endogenous health resources; implementing the reorganization of subjects, creating new predominant subjects, and constantly improving the level of subject construction are the only way to achieve the regeneration of endogenous health resources; enhancing awareness of innovation, increasing investment in innovation, implementing people-oriented management mechanism, and actively culturing innovation environment are the core to achieve the regeneration of endogenous health resources.
