解放军总医院第二附属医院全军器官移植中心是一个多元化、综合型医学中心。中心由六科二室组成，共同围绕器官、组织和细胞移植开展医疗、教学和科研工作。文章报告了中心的体制建设和工作任务，中心的运行机制和管理效益，医疗、教学和科研工作所取得的成绩，围绕中心学科群建设的科学性、可行性、协调性和互补性进行了讨论，并展望了学科群建设的广阔前景和构建研究型医院的宏伟目标。

Transplant Center of PLA, Second Affiliated Hospital of Chinese PLA General Hospital is a diversified and comprehensive medical center. The center consists of eight departments, which focus on medical care, teaching and scientific research on organ, tissue and cell transplantation. The paper reports the organization system, main task, operational mechanism, management benefits, as well as achievements on medical care, teaching and scientific research of the transplant center. Furthermore, it discusses the scientificity, feasibility, coordination, complementarity and broad prospects of constructing subject groups in our transplant center, as well as the grand goal of establishing research-oriented hospital.
