音乐辅助治疗应用于无痛人工流产术的临床研究

Clinical study of adjunctive music therapy for painless artificial abortion

目的:探讨音乐辅助治疗在无痛人工流产术中的作用。方法:选择640例宫内早孕初次行无痛人流孕妇,随机分为两组。音乐辅助治疗即音乐组(M组),另一组为对照组(C组),观察两组术前的焦虑程度,术中SBP、HR的变化,呼吸抑制的情况,术后梦幻多语,苏醒期躁动,恶心呕吐情况,以及丙泊酚用量。结果:两组术前焦虑程度差异有显著性(P<0.05),术中SBP,HR变化和术后恶心呕吐(PONV),梦幻多语的差异无显著性(P>0.05),术中呼吸抑制和苏醒期躁动发生率差异有显著性(P<0.05),丙泊酚用量差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:音乐辅助治疗应用于无痛人流中能有效的减少丙泊酚用量,降低不良反应的发生。

Objective ：To investigate the effect of adjunctive music therapy in painless artificial abortion.Methods：640 ASAI pregnant women undergoing the primary painless artificial abortion were enrolled in this study,and randomly divided into the adjunctive music therapy group（group M） and control group（group C）,with 320 cases in each group.The preoperative anxious extent,intraoperative change of SBP, HR and SpO2 as well as respiratory depression status,postoperative illusion and PONV, recovery restlessness and propofol dosage in two groups were observed and compared.Results：There were significant differences in preoperative anxious extent,intraoperative respiratory depression status,recovery restlessness and propofol dosage between two groups.There was no significant difference in intraoperafive SBP,HR and SpO2,postoperative illusion and PONV between two groups.Conclusion：Adjunctive music therapy for painless artificial abortion can effectively reduce the propofol dosage,and decrease the incidence of adverse reaction.
