硝酸咪康唑乳膏的制备及稳定性考察

目的本文对硝酸咪康唑乳膏的制备及稳定性进行研究和考察。方法将药物与基质采用乳化法技术制备成乳膏，运用离心实验、耐热耐寒试验及室温留样观察试验考察其稳定性。蛄果所制乳膏均匀而细腻、涂展舒适、稳定性好。结论该法制备硝酸咪康唑乳膏操作简便、产品质量好、易于控制。

Objective Studying and observing the preparation and stability of Miconazole Nitrate Cream. Methods Miconazole Nitrate Cream was prepared with the method of emulsification. The stability of Miconazole Nitrate Cream was studied through the experiments of centrifugation, heat-resistant test, cold-resistant test and observing test under room temperature. Results The cream produced by the method has good characteristics of uniformity, smooth, and stability. Conclusion The method of preparing Miconazole Nitrate Cream in this paper was easy to operated. The product had good quality and the process was easy to control.
