分期健康教育在初产妇住院期间的护理干预

摘要 目的探讨分期健康教育对初产妇住院期间的作用。方法将460例初产妇按日期分为两组,单号为对照组不实施分期健康教育;双号为观察组,根据引导期、分娩期、产休期三期的特点,对住院初产妇实施分期健康教育。结果两组疼痛感、滞产、新生儿窒息及产后出血发生率比较,差异有显著性意义(均P〈0.01)。结论助产士在一对一责任助产的过程中,实施分期健康教育,有助于降低产科难产率,确保顺利分娩。 Objective To explore the function of the education of different-period health in the period of primipara's hospitalization. Methods Individe the 460 examples primipara into two groups according to the date. the singular number is comparative group, which is not implemented the health education of differentperiod; the double number is observational one. the three periods of the leading period, the parturition period and the lying-in woman resting period. Results Contrasting the rate of the feeling of ache and the parturition stop and newborn stifle and the postpartum bleed between the two groups, there was significant difference in them, (P〈0.01 for all).Conclusion In the process of one to one responsibility delivery, midwife's health education is helpful to decrease the dystocia rate and guarantee the smooth delivery.
