影响绿色建筑推广的因素:来自建筑业的实证研究

Influence Factors of the Extension of Green Buildings: Empirical Research from Construction Industry

用问卷调查的方式来研究在我国推广绿色建筑的影响因素,通过文献研究总结了24个影响绿色建筑推广的因子,然后运用主成分分析法提取了5个关键因素:绿色建筑的成本、绿色建筑的识别、绿色建筑的政策体制、社会的绿色需求环境、绿色建筑的专业机构及管理。进一步分析显示,绿色建筑的成本对绿色建筑推广的影响程度最大。

This paper presents the findings of a questionnaire survey conducted on the factors affecting promotion of Chinese green buildings. Factor analysis of the response on the 24 attributes identified through literature review extracted five factors. Critical factors obtained by the analyses are： the cost of green buildings, policy system of green buildings, recognition of green buildings, society＇s green demand, organizations of green buildings and management system constructed. Further analysis indicates the cost of green buildings as the most significant of all the factors having maximum influence on promotion of green buildings.
