在回顾了我国工程交易模式的发展历程,介绍我国业主方管理方式和工程发包方式应用现状的基础上,分析了业主方管理方式和工程发包方式单一的原因,提出了发展和创新我国工程交易模式的建议。

After systematically reviewing the development process of construction project transaction mode in our country, owners＇ management and project delivery system used in our country are discussed, and the reasons of lack of diversity are analyzed. At last, suggestions on innovating our country＇s construction project transaction mode are proposed.
