摘要
基于我国老年住宅现状,针对老年住宅开发中存在的供需矛盾尖锐、投资大、配套设施不到位等问题,提出相应对策,并就政府对老年住宅开发的推动工作提出建议。
Based on the status of house of the aged, according to the problems such as incisive supply-demand contradiction, great investment, matching facilities etc in the development of house of the aged, the paper puts forward some countermeasures. And some suggestions are given to promote its development.
