自体颗粒脂肪移植在面部年轻化及轮廓重塑中的应用

Clinical application of autologous fat grafting for facial rejuvenation and contouring remodeling

目的:探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植在面部年轻化及面部轮廓重塑中的临床应用。方法:抽吸腹部、臀部或大腿部的脂肪,将获得脂肪混悬液于3500r/min离心5min,去除上层及下层的杂质,然后将纯化的脂肪颗粒按需要分层均匀地注射到面部各个受区部位。结果:从2006年10月～2007年10月,应用自体脂肪颗粒注射进行面部年轻化及面部轮廓重塑手术186例,术后经6～12月的随访,130例1次即取得满意的临床效果,54例就医者经2次至3次手术填充方达到满意的临床效果。除3例出现局部硬结及5例出现过度矫正,其他就医者均未出现明显手术并发症。结论:使用自体脂肪颗粒移植进行面部年轻化及面部轮廓重塑,能够达到良好、稳定的临床效果,是一种安全、理想的手术方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of autologous fat grafting for facial rejuvenation and contouring remodeling. Methods Autologous fat was obtained from patient＇s abdomen, buttocks or thighs and centrifugated at 3500rpm for 5 minutes to remove the oil, fluid, and blood products from the lipoaspirates. Then the purified autologous fat was infiltrated into different layers of the recipient site of the face. Results From Oct. 2006 to Oct, 2007, 186cases had received autologous fat grafting for facial rejuvenation and contouring remodeling. After 6N12 months follow up, 130 cases gained satisfactory clinical results by injecting once and the other 54 cases acquired satisfactory clinical results with 2 to 4 times injections. Except for overcorrection in 5 cases and induration in 3 cases, there w^re not obvious complications in other cases. Conclusion For facial rejuvenation and contouring remodeling, autologous fat grafting is a kind of safe and ideal technique with good and stable clinical results.
