耳后反流轴型皮瓣修复颜面部创面的临床应用

Clinical treatment of facial wound by a reversed axial flap from posterior auricle

目的:探讨颜面部创面修复的临床治疗方法和效果。方法:应用以颞浅动脉为蒂供血的耳后乳突区跨区反流轴型皮瓣修复颜面部创面。结果:自2002年以来完成手术11例,患者创面均得到较好整复。11例患者有1例出现皮瓣远端血运障碍,经加强换药等处理后痊愈,其余患者均愈合良好。结论:应用耳后跨区反流轴型皮瓣修复颜面部创面是有效的临床治疗方法,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore clinical therapeutic techniques for treating facial wound. Methods Reversed axial flaps from posterior auricle was performed in 11 patients to repair facial wound. Results Stage I repair was achieved in all 11 patients, all cases obtained good clinical results. Distal congestion developed in one flaps at early stage after transform. But flap congestion was alleviate gradually and the flap was survived completely in 2 weeks. Conclusion Using a reversed axial flap may provide a new venue to repair facial wound.
