射频技术在美容领域的运用

The exertion of radiofrequency technique in the facial territory

目的:探讨射频技术治疗老年性皮肤皱纹、炎性痤疮、萎缩性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:采用能量为20～500J的GP699A型射频热能皮肤治疗仪治疗老年性皮肤皱纹、炎性痤疮和萎缩性瘢痕患者各20例,五次为一个疗程,每次治疗间隔为10天,治疗前后给患者拍照、记录治疗参数,评估临床疗效。结果:20例老年性皮肤皱纹患者有效率为95%,20例炎性痤疮有效率为55%,20例萎缩性瘢痕有效率为55%。结论:射频电流治疗老年性皮肤皱纹有很好疗效,对萎缩性瘢痕和炎性痤疮疗效一般。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the treatment for gravitation wrinkles, inflammatory acne, atrophic scar with radiofrequency electric current. Methods 60 patients were enrolled in this study, 20 patients had gravitation wrinkles,20 patients had inflammatory acne, and 20 patients had atrophic scar. Every patient was treated for five times at an interval of 10 days by GP699A radiofrequency electric device.The clinical photographs were taken before and after the treatment, the parameters were recorded during the treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated after the treatment. Result The clinical efficacy was assessed by comparing photographs, significant effective rate was as follows： gravitation wrinkles 95%,inflammatory acne 55%, atrophic scar 55%. Conclusion High frequency electric technique can be effective for the treatment of gravitation wrinkles, but not for the atrophic scar and inflammatory acne.
