Changes of immune system during aging
摘要
老化是机体代谢过程中的一个必然阶段，主要表现为机体对环境刺激的适应能力减弱以至丧失。关于老化，一直认为有两方面的争论：①认为它是基因控制的过程，某些特定的基因启动促进了老化的进展；②认为老化反映了机体维持和修复机制的有限性，而这个维持和修复机制可以限制细胞及分子损坏的累积。
