Towards Equity and Efficiency in the Visual Threshold of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

从实践生存论的维度分析了公平与效率概念在政治伦理与经济伦理层面上的不同意蕴及其内在联系,概括并具体诠释了中国特色社会主义处理社会主义市场经济中公平和效率关系方面不同于西方新自由主义经济学、福利经济学等的三大原则:以"社会和谐原则"为中轴,灵活调节公平与效率两者关系;以"共建、共享、共惠"为主导原则,消解"市场机制"的负面效应,提升公平与效率关系统一的水平;以"实现每个人的自由和全面发展"为最终目标原则,为公平和效率问题的全面解决而努力,彰显了中国特色社会主义在坚持分配正义问题上的最新理论成果。

First, from the dimension of the doctrine of survival through practice, this paper analyses the different implications and internal relations of the concepts of equity and efficiency in political and economic ethics. Then, the paper summarizes and spells out three fundamental principles, according to which, the relationship between equity and efficiency in the socialist market economy is handled in ways which are different from those in which it is treated in the light of neo - free economics and welfare economics in the West. Under our socialism with Chinese characteristics, the three major principles are carried out as follows： ＂the principle of social harmony＂ taken as the central axis, the relationship between equity and efficiency is adjusted very flexibly; ＂joint construction, joint enjoyment, and joint welfare＂ taken as the dominant principle, the negative effects of our ＂market mechanism＂ are removed, and the unity of equity and efficiency is raised to a higher level; ＂4the realization of each individual＇ s freedom and of his all - round development＂ taken as the principle for achieving the ultimate objective, endeavors are exerted to completely resolve the issues concerning equity and efficiency, which clearly demonstrates the effects of the latest theoretical fruits concerning fair and just division of social wealth to which our socialism with Chinese characteristics firmly adheres.
