摘要
生态质量管理是研究生态环境与质量控制关系的科学,将质量管理视为"自然-社会-经济"这样一个复杂生态经济系统内部的一个系统过程加以研究。本文简介了生态质量管理的涵义和内容,分析了农机企业实行生态质量管理的重要性,提出了生态质量管理下的PDCA循环模式,给出了我国农机企业实行生态质量管理应遵循的原则和实施步骤。
Ecological quality management （EQM） is science that studies the relation of environment and quality control. It treats quality management as a system process in ＂nature- society- economy＂ system. In this paper, the meaning and content of EQM is introduced briefly. The model of PDCA quality cycle under EQM is given. The significance and principle are brought forward. The process of applying EQM in Chinese agricultural machinery enterprises is given at last.
