摘要
通过技术分析与应用试验表明,变压吸附富氧助燃技术用于陶瓷窑炉技术可行,不仅能节省燃料、降低污染,明显提高产品的产量和质量,而且可以改善燃烧效率,延长炉龄,减少烟尘排放,综合效益显著。
Through technology analyse and application experimentation,it is feasible for oxygen-rich combustion technics by pressure swing adsorption on ceramic kilns, the technology is applied not only saving fuel and reducing pollution but also heightening output and quality of production, and that improving the combustion efficiency,prolonging the using time of kiln, reducing the releasing of soot, general benefits are very prominent.
