摘要
详细分析了国电蓬莱电厂1号机组4号轴承振动随转速、负荷以及真空的变化规律,认为4号轴承的异常振动为4号轴承座的支承刚度偏低所致。对此进行处理后,4号轴承振动瓦振小于20μm,轴振小于33μm。
The regularity governing vibration of bearing no. 4 for steam turbine no. 1 in Guodian Penglai Power Plant along with varia- tion of revolution speed, load, and vacuum has been analysed in detail, it is believed that the abnormal vibration of bearing no. 4 is due to the support rigidity of bearing no. 4 to be somewhat lower. After remedy of this, the bearing vibration (bearing shoe vibration) is less than 20 μm, and the shaft vibration being less than 33 μm.
