摘要
国华盘山发电有限责任公司循环冷却水补水弱酸处理系统自2001年投运,所用双流弱酸床出现了再生排水母管硫酸钙结垢、弱酸床中部配水装置变形以及石英砂配水装置影响再生效果等问题,在分析的基础上提出了相应措施,使问题得以解决。
The make - up water weak acid treatment system for circulatory cooling water in Guohua Panshan Power Generation Co Ltd has been put into operation in 2001, the problems of used double flow weak acid bed were as follows: scaling of calcium sulfate in the dischargeel water manifold from the regeneration facility; deformation of water- distributing device in the middle of weak acid bed; the water-distributing device using quartz sand affecting the effectiveness of regeneration etc. On the basis of analysis, corresponding measures have been put forward, making the said problems to be solved.
