油气资源禀赋与区域经济发展的“资源诅咒”问题研究

The Research on the Problem of the Endowment of Oil and Gas Resources and "Resources Curses" of the Regional Economic Growth

"资源诅咒"是资源富集地区经济发展过程中必须要解决的难题。在回顾相关研究文献的基础上,以"资源诅咒"这一基本命题为依据,对区域油气资源富集程度与经济发展速度进行了统计分析;对油气资源禀赋制约区域经济发展的内在作用机制进行深入剖析;最后对油气资源富集区域如何规避"资源诅咒"陷阱提出了对策建议。

“Resources Curses” is a difficult problem that must be solved during the economic developing progress of the regions richly endowed with resources. On the basis of reviewing the recent researching papers, we firstly make a statistical analysis between the degree of richness of oil and gas resources and the speed of the economic development; Secondly, we try to analyze in depth the endogenous mechanism which produce constraints of regional economy in the regions not so richly endowed with oil an gas resources; Finally, we put forward some countermeasures on how to evade the trap of “Resources Curses” in the regions richly endowed with oil and gas resources.
