胫、腓骨开放性骨折外固定架治疗及骨延迟愈合临床体会

Clinical Study on Reason of Delayed Union of Tibia、 Fibula Fracture by Treated with External Fixation and Treatment

目的探讨使用外固定支架治疗开放性胫、腓骨骨折及术后骨折延迟愈合的原因及治疗方法。方法对27例开放性胫腓骨骨折在急诊硬腰联合麻醉下行清创、单臂支架外固定治疗；骨延迟愈合行二次手术局部植骨，调整支架处理。结果多数病例治疗效果佳，术后的5例骨折延迟愈合经处理后均痊愈；随访9～25个月，所有患肢功能恢复满意。结论外固定支架治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折疗效肯定，术后不同原因导致的骨折延迟愈合经过恰当方法处理是可以治愈的。

Objective To analyse the reason of delayed union of tibia fibular shaft fractures by treated with external fixation and treatment, Methods 27 cases of fractures of tibia fibular were cleaned and treated with external fixture in epi and arachnoids anesthesia. Results Most cases showed good result, 5 cases of de union recovered completely after treatment： After 9 to 25 months, function of b open open dural layed roken extremity recovered all well. Conclusion The effect of single lateral external fixture in treating open fractures of tibia fibular is reliable, and the different reasons caused delayed union after operation can be cured by proper treatment.
