摘要 研究了B9和PP333复合制剂对牡丹生长及开花的影响,探讨了用化学方法对露地牡丹花期的调控机制,为进一步调控露地牡丹花期提供理论和实践依据。结果表明:春季B9和PP333复合制剂(2:3或3:2)处理,对牡丹的新枝生长有显著的抑制作用,但提高了成花率,并推迟、延长了牡丹的花期,其中280mg/L B9和420mg/L PP333复合制剂分别延迟初花期和末花期6.3d和5.6d;600mg/L B9和400mg/L PP333复合制剂分别延迟初花期和末花期6.7d和8.3d。但在不同的牡丹品种上表现出一定的差异。 The effects of complex preparation of B9 and PP333 on the growth and blossom of tree peony (Paeonia suffruticaosa) were studied to explore the regulation mechanism of tree peony florescence in field grown by the chemical method in this paper. The results showed that the new twig's growth was restricted obviously by the complex preparation of B9 and PP333 (2:3 or 3: 2) in spring, but the percentage of the blossom increased and the florescence was delayed and prolonged. Treated by the preparation of 280 mg/L B9 and 420 mg/L PP333, the first flowering stage was postponed 6. 3 days and the end of flowering stage was postponed 5.6 days, while by the preparation of 600 mg/L B9 and 400 mg/L PP333, the first flowering stage and the end flowering stage of tree peony was postponed 6. 7 days and 8.3 days respectively. The results also indicated that the effects of preparation of B9 and PP333 were different to some extent for the different varieties of tree peony.
