摘要
教师德性作为实践场域中的教师道德,是教师历经反复的道德实践而生成的专业品性,通过教育良心、教师善和教育理解力表现出来。教师的教育幸福是其在教育活动中获得的一种积极的情感体验,源自于教师对教育的真正理解、对生命成长的深切感悟与作为研究者的充实感。教师德性与教育幸福是相辅相成的。
As a teacher's morality in the practical field, a teacher's virtue is a professional character developed in his or her moral practices through many repetitions, and is displayed through a teacher's conscience, kindheartedness and educational understanding. A teacher's educational happiness is a positive experience of affection that is acquired in his or her educational activities, originated from a teacher's truly understanding of education and from a profound insight of the life growth and is a substantial sense as a researcher. A teacher's virtue and the educational happiness are supplemented each other.
