摘要 ±800kVUHVDC换流阀与常规±500kV及以下等级的换流阀比较,在质量及可靠性方面提出了更高的要求。有必要对换流阀及其晶闸管元件的型式试验内容、程序及方法进行有针对性的分析。文齐介绍了±800kV特高压直流工程换流阀及所采用的6英寸晶闸管元件的特性,对常规直流工程中换流阀的型式试验工程经验进行了总结。针对特高压直流工程换流阀的特点,提出试验程序的优化及关键控制点,为UHVDC换流阀提供质量保证依据。 Compared to normal ±500 kV or below conversion valves, ±800 kV UHVDC conversion valve puts higher standards on quality and reliability. It is necessary to carefully analyze test items, procedures, and methods for converter valve and its thyristor components model testing. This paper introduces the features of the ±800 kV UHVDC conversion valve and its 6" thyristor, and summarizes engineering experiences in general DC conversion valve tests. Aiming at its characteristics, this paper discusses the optimization of test procedures and its key control points, providing basis for quality assurance.
