输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗肾后性肾功能衰竭(附18例报告)

TREATMENT OF POSTERIOR RENAL FAILURE WITH URETEROSCOPIC PNEUMATIC LITHOTRIPSY(REPORT OF 18 CASES)

目的观察输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石致肾功能衰竭的方法和疗效。方法对18例上尿路结石梗阻致肾功能衰竭患者均采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术加双J管置入。结果16例全部解除梗阻,痊愈出院。1例改行开放手术。1例行肾造瘘后拒绝进一步治疗。结论采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石致肾后性肾功能衰竭成功率高,安全可靠。

Objective To evaluate the treatment of posterior renal failure caused by ureteric calculi with ureteroscopy and Swiss lithoclast pneumatic lithotriptor. Methods Eighteen patients with posterior renal failure caused by the obstruction of upper urinary calculi were treated with ureteroscopy, Swiss lithoclast pneumatic lithotriptor and double J stents insertion. Results Among the 18 cases,the obstruction of 16 cases were released completely, 1 case had an open surgery later, and 1 case refused further treatment after a nephreostomy. Conclusion Treatment of posterior renal failure caused by ureteric calculi with ureteroscopy and Swiss lithoclast pneumatic lithotriptor is safe,effective and less invasive.
