摘要
为改进污泥水解蛋白质的制取工艺,设计了正交试验来研究污泥水解的最佳反应条件,分析了污泥种类和形态对水解效果的影响,在此基础上提出了制取蛋白质的碱法循环水解工艺。结果表明,污泥水解的最佳条件是:固液比为1∶2(每100g鲜泥加水200mL),温度为121℃,石灰(25%)与NaOH(2%)配合催化;干污泥的水解效果好于鲜污泥,回流污泥的水解效果好于剩余污泥;碱法水解只需循环4次,便可使水解液的蛋白质浓度达到72.465g/L,符合实际生产的要求。
In order to improve the preparation process of protein from hydrolyzed sludge, the optimal reaction conditions of sludge hydrolysis were determined by orthogonal test, the effect of sludge types and state on hydrolysis reaction was analyzed, and the circulated alkaline hydrolysis process for preparation of protein was presented. The results show that the optimal hydrolysis conditions are as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid of 1 : 2 (water of 200 mL per 100 g of fresh sludge) , reaction temperature of 121 ℃, and using alkali (25% CaO + 2% NaOH) as catalyst. The hydrolysis effects of dried sludge and recycled sludge are better than those of fresh sludge and excess sludge respectively. The protein concentration in the hydrolysate can reach 72. 465 g/L at the fourth cycle, which accords with the production requirement.
