PE／PP双组分纺粘法非织造布性能研究

The study on the PE/PP bicomponent spunbond nonwovens

介绍了双组分复合纤维纺粘法非织造布,并对在同种工艺条件下生产的相同面密度的双组分PE/PP与单组分PP纺粘法非织造布试样进行了各类性能测试。通过分析比较得出,双组分PE/PP纺粘法非织造布在断裂强度、柔软性、拒水性、透气性等性能上均优于单组分PP纺粘法非织造布。

The bicomponent spunbond nonvowens were introduced and the properties of PE/PP bicomponent and PP mono-component spunbond nonwovens with the same area density in same process were tested and analyzed. The conclusion is that PE/PP bicomponent spunbond nonwovens excels PP spunbond nonwovens in strength, softness, air penetration and water repellent.
