活血熄风方对局灶性脑缺血模型大鼠的保护作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察活血熄风方对局灶性脑缺血模型大鼠的保护作用及其可能的机制。方法:采用光化学法建立局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,观察活血熄风方对模型大鼠神经行为学评分、脑梗死体积及脑组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及ATP酶(ATPase)活性和丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。结果:活血熄风方能降低局灶性脑缺血模型大鼠的神经行为学评分,缩小脑梗死体积,增强患侧脑组织中SOD、GSH-PX的活性,降低MDA、NO的含量,提高Na^+-K^+-ATPase、Ca^(2+)-ATPase及LDH的活性,与模型组比较,差异均有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:活血熄风方对局灶性脑缺血大鼠的神经功能具有保护作用,其机制可能与其减少脑组织中NO含量、抗自由基损伤、改善能量代谢障碍有关。
