试论葡萄的产地效应

Discussion on grape origin effect

产地对葡萄和葡萄酒的质量起着极其重要的作用，因为产地的土壤和气候决定了葡萄的品质和特性。而葡萄酒的质量７０％取决于原料，３０％取决于工艺和设备，这是国内外专家的公论。本文通过对国内外产地的分析，提出产地概念，并对我国部分产地类型进行分析，以便自觉认识发挥产地优势，突出产地风格。

Origin has the most significant effect on the quality of grape and wine.the quality and characteristics of grape depend on the soil and climate of origin. This paper raise the concept of origin by analysis of origin at home and abroad,and analyze some of origin type in our country,so as to realize the advantages of origin consciously and to make the most advantages works,highlight origin style and lead origin effect to a good results.
