摘要
对我国高校科技查新机构的现状,从地区分布、人员状况、资源建设和出具查新报告的数量四个方面进行了分析研究,并指出了高校科技查新工作存在的几个问题。
Analyses the current status of novelty evaluation of colleges and universities, from the district distributing, personal status, resources construction and the number of the reports of novelty evaluation. And points out some problems in novelty evaluation of colleges and universities.
