2007年初,国开行被允许率先开启改革航程,但具体改革方案却在猜测和预言中迟迟未浮出水面,国开行早已发出的业务之箭依然不知道该射向何方。在这种情况下,国开行只能继续尴尬地前行。
At the beginning of 2007,CDB was allowed to take the lead in reforming,but the practice scheme has not come out with the guesses and predictions for a long time,and it can't find the way of operation.In such situation,CDB can but keep on marching embarrassedly.
